Sry, this is the only video I have, it's just to show how the beam looks in the aftermarket Osram Xenon headlights on the Golf. (originally they have 25w Xenon bulbs)

these are the original headlights, I replaced the default bulbs with led bulbs, this is an old video, I don't have these headlights anymore, I have Osram Xenarcs now wich are converted to full led.

this is on a 2010 Volkswagen Golf 6 with OSRAM Xenarc Headlights. (Not the original VW Headlights)

ja komt auch, aber kann etwas dauern, das wetter wirkt nicht wirklich mit, und ich wil der Zino nicht mit regen und starker wind fliegen...

In je vorige antwoord van een half jaar geleden gaf je aan dat die van jou niet mooi aansluiten. Ik heb mijn units wel goed uitgelijnd gekregen. Sluit perfect aan en de lijnen kloppen ook. Ik moest daarvoor wel twee ringetjes in de linker binnenunit plaatsen aan één kant.

de pasvorm is niet echt geweldig nee,maar ik heb verder nog geen problemen ermee gehad, alles werkt nog prima, mijn auto is afgelopen maandag goedgekeurd zonder opmerkingen, ik heb wel tint folie over de knipperlichten geplakt, waardoor ze iets minder fel zijn en het rood mooier uitkomt met een donkere ipv lichte streep eronder, folie mag officiel niet, maar heb ook gele folie over mijn mistlampen, en daar is ie dus ook gewoon mee goedgekeurd (officiele vw service garage) ligt mischien ook aan de garage, de ene is strenger dan de andere...

ik had ook al ringetjes geplaatst om de lijnen beter te laten aansluiten, en de achterkant zit idd een beetje speling (bij mij maar een halve cm) ik heb die afgekit met zwarte ramenkit, waardoor het niet opvalt en er geen water achter kan lopen.. voor de rest nog erg tevreden erover.

Zeg er wel bij dat je in Nederland woont ivm de positie van het mist en achteruitrij licht. (in de uk is dat andersom)

@@larsonlinenl Thank you very much. How was the installation of the taillights?

I have no problems with them, they are Bright, no errors on Dash ,and no fogging or water issues.. The fitment could be a little better, but for the price they are good enough.

thank you, this is a normal Golf 6 tsi, but the lamps will also fit on gti / r versions. the quality is ok, but not super..

I keep getting a small gap on the left side, on the right side it looks ok, this is the normal version, but because the turn signals are very bright, I tinted the under section of the tailights myself with smoke tint....

@@larsonlinenl thank you for your fast reply to my questions. Now I'm thinking about purchase, they should fit to mine 2.0tdi too, but I'm only afraid of lack of quality.

@@lucky_bus If you look at the original hella led taillights the quality is about half, but on the other side, they are also half the price.. They are typical chinese quality, not great but also not super bad... I own them for a few months now, so I cannot really say much about how they wil perform on the longer term..

@@larsonlinenl Yes, I'm understand it, but I'm from Ukraine so besides expensive shipping I gotta pay a lot of taxes =( Probably, i will wait for spring, when I'm gonna change my winter wheels which are awful. After that, the only thing I'm not satisfied with in my golf is the stock tail lights, but I'cant find any cool aftermarket analogues. Yours choice probably is the best.

Dominik Cvitic No, my Vw Golf 4 (1998) did not have canbus, but you need a resistor for the turn signals... ( I had modified front headlights with double blinkers (2 bulbs) to compensate for the Led blinkers)

Lars Murkens Thanks for help I think that my golf IV (2001) has canbus. I have put led blubs in repleacment of front blinkers and they have started to blink at a high rate its is like that computer dosent recognise the bulbs are inside so I dont now what to do with that my friend sad that it has too small resistance.

Dominik Cvitic the fast blinking is caused by the low resistance of the ledbulbs indeed , your friend is correct on that ,you will need to add a resistor to your wiring to allow the turn signals to blink at a normal rate...

Lars Murkens yes I am already working on a wiring to turn up the resistsance on them and I tried to put led bulbs in tails lights as well but then my dashboard when the car is on my warmer blinks friend sad that this is olso from the low resistance from led bulbs and said that i should buy canbus led's or philips xtreme p21w led bulbs

frAsji09 I did it by myself, basicly it's just special Led bulbs in the OEM light units... But this video is some years ago, so I Don't know if these led bulbs are still available, they where pretty expensive, but good quality and super bright..

JZD at a local Aquarium store here in the netherlands (Aquaworld), these blue tetra's are smaller then normal neon terras and more difficult to Find...
